• $140 per additional hour (including drive time from our business to your home and any necessary trips for parts)

To help minimize time and costs, we recommend sending us photos of your plumbing issue before the appointment. This allows us to bring the right parts and tools, reducing extra trips and saving you money.

Minimum Call-Out Rate

• $1165.00 + parts & supplies + applicable taxes

• Covers any job from 1 hour up to 8 hours – This helps in those emergency situations where you need a pipe moved today, because delaying the work could cost more in lost time and money tomorrow.

• This daily minimum ensures efficiency, as we often arrive to find that only part of the job is ready, requiring return visits. By enforcing a minimum, we help contractors plan their projects better and avoid unnecessary delays.

Gas Work Minimum Pricing

• $1,300 + parts & supplies + applicable taxes (including permit)

Piecework Labor Rates

• *Please note: Parts and supplies are not included in piecework rates. Material costs fluctuate frequently, with some items increasing by as much as 140% in recent years. For an estimate on materials, please contact us directly. We can quickly provide a materials estimate for each piecework item you plan to include in your homeowner quotation.*

• Our piecework pricing is based on the typical time required for each job, helping contractors avoid unforeseen costs if a task takes longer than expected.
